1. Essential technical cookies
The cookie_consent key is stored both in localStorage and in a first-party technical cookie to remember “granted” or “denied”. Maximum duration: 12 months; purpose: consent management. It contains no name, email or account identifier and does not require prior consent.
2. Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager — optional
After consent, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics 4. GA4 may set the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<container-id> (default duration up to 2 years, subject to browser limits) to distinguish users and retain session state. It collects navigation events and technical data such as device, browser and approximate geolocation. The website configures Google consent for advertising storage and personalisation as denied.
3. Microsoft Clarity — optional
After consent, Microsoft Clarity may set _clck and _clsk plus third-party Microsoft identifiers such as CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM to connect pages in one session and produce heatmaps and interaction reconstructions. Standard playback data is retained by the provider for 30 days; aggregate data and labelled or favourited sessions for up to 9 months.
4. Choice and withdrawal
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity do not load before consent. Reject and accept have equal prominence, and the website remains usable if you reject. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using the buttons on this page; the new choice replaces cookie_consent.
5. Recipients and transfers
With consent, Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation receive technical analytics data and may process it in the United States. Lovy Studio uses the applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses where needed. Google and Microsoft operate under their own notices and retention settings.
6. No advertising
The current hubiasystem.com configuration keeps Google consent for personalised advertising and remarketing denied and does not use analytics for automated decisions with legal effects. Analytics is used to understand website performance, usage and problems. Any new tag requires prior review and an update to this policy.
