1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the HŪBIA service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
HŪBIA is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides tools for managing bookings, clients, staff and operations for local businesses (beauty, medical practices, pet grooming and other verticals). The Service includes access to a web app and PWA, staff area and availability management, and support features.
3. Registration and account
To use the Service, you must:
- Be of legal age or have parental/guardian consent
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Keep your account and password secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Payments and billing
Payment terms include:
- Setup fee: One-time payment when activating the service
- Monthly fee: Billed in advance each month
- Auto-renewal: The service renews automatically unless cancelled
- Refunds: The setup fee is non-refundable. The monthly fee may be refunded proportionally for the unused period only in case of early cancellation
- Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Access systems or data without authorization
- Transmit viruses, malware or harmful code
- Use the Service for spam or unauthorized communications
- Copy, modify or distribute the software without authorization
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, logos, trademarks and content, are owned by HŪBIA or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Data and privacy
We respect your privacy and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and may export it at any time. We do not use your data for purposes other than those necessary to provide the Service.
8. Service availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or force majeure. Support levels for Studio, Signature and Coach plans are described on the Pricing page.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel the Service at any time:
- By you: Contact us at least 7 days before the end of the billing period
- By us: We may suspend or terminate your account in case of breach of these Terms, with notice when possible
- Effects of cancellation: You will lose access to the Service and data. We will provide a 30-day grace period to export your data
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption or indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
11. Changes to the terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via in-service notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Italy.
