Hubia Ambassador is a selective program for salons, barbershops and beauty studios that want to show how direct booking software works — no commissions, venue-owned data. We do not open it to everyone: we review every application first.

Applying does not guarantee acceptance. If the profile is not a fit, we still reply clearly.

Who we are looking for

These are the public requirements to apply. The rest of the program is shared only with selected venues.

  • At least 300 regular clients — an established venue, not a brand-new profile.
  • Active Instagram and TikTok with posts and Reels updated on a regular basis.
  • A real beauty-business operation: salon, barbershop or beauty studio with a working team.
  • Willingness to use Hubia in the venue and show an authentic workflow, not a staged influencer clip.

We are not looking for generic creators or accounts that have been quiet for months. We want venues that already serve clients and talk about their work online consistently.

How it works

  2. 2The Hubia team reviews fit, social presence and operational strength.
  3. 3If the profile is right, we contact you with next steps and the reserved program details.
  4. 4If the timing is not right, we point you to the most sensible path — often standard plans.

What it is not

  • It is not a public discount list or an open promo for everyone.
  • It is not a paid collab based on clicks or referrals.
  • We do not publish every condition upfront — those are sent only to selected venues.
